How cash-out generally works
A cash-out offer proposes closing an open bet for an amount shown before the event has fully settled. The offer reflects the current position and may be below or above the original stake. Accepting it ends the ticket under the displayed conditions; it does not mean the event result is known.
The option may be absent for some sports, bet types, selections or account states. A page describing the feature is not confirmation that it will be available for a particular ticket.
Why an offer can disappear
The amount can update when odds move, and the feature may be suspended around key events or while the market is repriced. A slow connection can leave a stale screen. Always review the latest value and wait for a clear confirmation.
If cash-out is unavailable, the original ticket generally remains governed by its regular settlement rules. Check the official rules for void events, abandonment and special markets rather than guessing from the absence of a button.
Promotions and combined bets
A promotional bet may be excluded from cash-out or have its bonus affected by early settlement. Accumulators and bet-builder tickets can have their own rules. Read the campaign conditions and the final cash-out screen before confirming.

Decision checklist
Compare the proposed amount with your original stake and the ticket’s potential return. Consider whether you are acting to reduce risk or simply reacting emotionally to a changing score. Set a limit before the event, and do not add new stakes to recover a cash-out decision.
If you cannot see the amount or confirmation clearly, wait and check ticket history. Keep any reference and contact official support through verified details if the ticket status is unclear.
